Monica is a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in providing psychological services to adults across a broad range of issues. She has a strong interest in anxiety, depression, chronic health issues, and parenting difficulties. Monica’s preferred therapeutic approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and emotion-focussed approaches. With warmth and professionalism, Monica works collaboratively with her clients to enable them to gain a greater understanding of their difficulties, develop new skills, and identify and draw upon their strengths.
Monica has worked across hospital, community, and private practice settings.
Monica is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia as a board-approved supervisor and is an endorsed provider of Clinical Psychology services with Medicare.
