Monica is a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in providing psychological services to adults across a broad range of issues. She has a strong interest in anxiety, depression, chronic health issues, parenting difficulties and pre/postnatal mental health issues.
Monica has a diverse range of skills and is able to provide assessment and supportive interventions for individuals. Her preferred therapeutic approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness based approaches, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and emotion-focussed approaches. Monica works collaboratively with her clients to enable them to gain a greater understanding of their difficulties, develop new skills, and identify and draw upon their strengths.
Monica has worked across hospital, community, and private practice settings.
She works at Northside Clinic on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
