We appreciate your time and and all feedback and complaints will be reviewed by our team. Whilst we review all submissions, feedback submitted may not be repllied to, unless a reply is requested.
Complaints received by the clinic are handled in line with the Complaint Handling Standards published by the Health Complaints Commissioner. This includes resolving the complaint within 90 days.
If you receive a response from the clinic regarding a complaint that you are not satisfied with, you are entitled to refer your complaint to the Health Complaints Commissioner. Please visit https://hcc.vic.gov.au/ for more information.
